Q: Who are we?
A: We are a bunch of podcasters who get that its annoying having to create content to promote your podcast every time an episode comes out.
Q: Is this a VA service?
A: No. We are not priced like a VA service there is no back and forth on design. You give us all the information on your brand and we provide content. The idea is to make it one less thing you have to think about.
Q: What size are the images?
A: All images are made 1080 x 1080. They fit Instagram and Facebook.
Q: What if I don’t have brand colors?
A: No problem, we are happy to just create images for you based on your logo.
Q: How are images sent to me?
A: They are sent to your preferred email address. Graphics would be JPEGs or PNGs.
Q: Can I try one to see what it looks like?
A: We do not work for free
Q: Can I pause my subscription?
A: Yes, just send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will put your subscription on hold for up to 3 months.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: Email us (email@example.com) and we will cancel within 24 hours.
Q: I set up my form when I was only producing a podcast once a month. Can I change my info as I now produce a podcast weekly?
A: Yes, just send us an email and we will update your subscription.
Q: I have two different podcasts. Can I get content for both?
A: Yes, on the form in the “other information we should know” section, put in the details of the different podcasts and we can discuss options.
Q: What happens if my payment doesn’t come out?
A: We get it, life gets busy. We will email you and double check if you need to change your card details. We will email twice about it and if you don’t respond we will close out your account until you contact us.
Q: Who will own the images?
A: You will own the images.
